Scrambled Eggs With Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium egg
  • Dash of skimmed milk
  • 40g of smoked salmon
  • 1 tomato

Method:

  1. Beat 1 medium egg with the dash of the skimmed milk
  2. Add to a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and season and scramble
  3. Mix in the 40g of smoked salmon just at the end to warm through
  4. Serve with a fresh tomato, grilled
