Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We offer free standard UK shipping on all subscription orders and one-time orders over £35, and free shipping on qualifying international orders over £100. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders.

Europe (EU)

We ship to the following EU countries via our courier partner FedEx, on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.

  • Tracked and signed delivery: flat rate of £10.
  • Free on EU orders over £100.
  • All import duties and taxes are included in your order, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Switzerland

For non-EU Europe, we currently ship to Switzerland via our partner Royal Mail.

  • Tracked and signed delivery: flat rate of £10 (free on orders over £100).
  • Orders may be subject to local VAT and customs charges, payable by the customer on delivery.

Delivery times

  • UK: please allow 2 to 3 working days.
  • Europe (EU): please allow 5-7 working days. Timelines may vary by country due to customs checks.
  • Canada: please allow 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Rest of the world: please allow 2 to 4 weeks; for some countries delivery may take longer.

Please note lead times are an estimate and deliveries may take longer.

For the EU countries listed above, all duties and taxes are included (DDP), so there is nothing to pay on delivery. For destinations outside the EU, including Switzerland, Canada and the rest of the world, packages may be subject to duties and taxes payable by the customer. We advise that you check with your local post office before placing your order.

USA

Due to recent changes in US government de minimis importing rules, we have temporarily paused all shipments to the United States. We're monitoring the situation closely and will resume shipping as soon as possible.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are dispatched the same day if placed on a working day before 2pm. Otherwise, all orders are dispatched within one working day of receipt of order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please note that once your order has been collected by our delivery partners, they are responsible for end delivery.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Due to current world shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to selected countries, and within the EU we currently ship only to the countries listed above. We are working closely with our distribution partners and hope to be able to extend shipping capabilities in the near future.

If you are based in the Czech Republic, please shop via our Czech website.

Returns

We hope you'll be happy with your supplements, but if you need to cancel or return your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please email us at hello@gpnutrition.com or call us on freephone 0808 502 0505.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please get in touch. Our team is happy to discuss any concerns, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue, whether that's a refund, exchange, or something else.

How to return your order

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused and undamaged products. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund (excluding postage). Please note products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

Before returning any item, please let us know so we can expect your package. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as return postage costs are your responsibility.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, so the time for this credit to show will depend on your payment provider.
