We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £30 and international orders over £100*.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders. *Unfortunately, we're unable to offer free shipping to the US at this time due to current global shipping restrictions, but we do offer subsidised shipping on orders over £100.
Due to current global shipping conditions, please note lead times are an estimate and deliveries may take longer.
All international packages both inside and outside the EU may be subject to duties and taxes payable by the customer. We advise that you check with your local post office before placing your order.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and dispatched by our UK warehouse team Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Your order will always be dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note, if your order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be dispatched the following week.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please note that once your order has been collected by our delivery partners, they are responsible for end delivery.
Why don't you ship to my country?
Due to current world shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to selected countries. We are working closely with our distribution partners and hope to be able to extend shipping capabilities in the near future.
If you are based in the Czech Republic, please shop via our Czech website.
Our returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website only and excludes non-ingestible items such as books. If you have purchased products from a retailer or another online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund any product*. All goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, accompanied by your order reference number, full name and contact details.

*Excludes non-ingestible items, such as books. Any and all costs involved with returning an order are payable by the customer and will not be refunded. We recommend that you returned via a tracked method to ensure your return arrives safely and promptly.
Can I return a subscription item?
We will accept a refund on your first subscription order, as stated above, but a refund will not be applicable on repeat orders unless faulty. Please note that our terms and conditions relating to subscription orders state that there is a 3-order minimum before cancellation is applicable. You can learn more about subscriptions here.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuer's policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.
