Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £35 and international orders over £100*.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders. *Unfortunately, we're unable to offer free shipping to the US at this time due to current global shipping restrictions, but we do offer subsidised shipping on orders over £100.
Please note lead times are an estimate and deliveries may take longer.
All international packages both inside and outside the EU may be subject to duties and taxes payable by the customer. We advise that you check with your local post office before placing your order.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are dispatched on the same day, if placed on a working day before 2pm. Otherwise, all orders are dispatched within one working day of receipt of order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please note that once your order has been collected by our delivery partners, they are responsible for end delivery.
Why don't you ship to my country?
Due to current world shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to selected countries. We are working closely with our distribution partners and hope to be able to extend shipping capabilities in the near future.
If you are based in the Czech Republic, please shop via our Czech website.
Returns
We hope you'll be happy with your supplements, but if you need to cancel or return your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please email us at hello@gpnutrition.com or call us on freephone 0808 502 0505.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please get in touch. Our team is happy to discuss any concerns, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue, whether that's a refund, exchange, or something else.
How to return your order
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused and undamaged products. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund (excluding postage). Please note products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
Before returning any item, please let us know so we can expect your package. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as return postage costs are your responsibility.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, so the time for this credit to show will depend on your payment provider.
