    Helping my skin!

    Very pleased

    Bought this after seeking a Liz Earle recommendation. My main reason was for help with protecting my skin from harmful rays- which is hard to measure- but overall my skin has appeared clearer and less troublesome.

    Feeling good

    I’ve just started my second packet so it’s early days but I’m feeling good physically and my skin looks more bouncy and my hair also is less dry.

    So all in all I think adding this tiny little capsule into my daily routine will continue 😀
