    Great read finished it overnight

    I read the book overnight it inspired other books as well. Whilst there are scientific elements to it they linked the theory or evidence to the practical steps x

    A great follow up to Gabriela's first book

    I loved Gabriela's first book and this follow up is just as good. As before, her advice is well researched and straightforward. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious and I'm already using some of them on a regular basis. The tumeric smoothie is a particular favourite!
