Roasted Paprika Chickpeas

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained, rinsed. 
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil 
  • pinch of sea salt 


  1. Set oven to 200C. Open can of chickpeas, drain and rinse with water.
  2. Place chickpeas on a heated baking tray. Drizzle over the olive oil, paprika and salt and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Check that they are crispy. You can cook for longer if you want a crunchier texture.
