Crispy Kale

Ingredients 

  • 1 pack (200g) of kale
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast (for the cheesey flavour)
  • 2 tsp olive oil 
  • pinch of sea salt 

Method 

  1. Set oven to 180C. Wash and de-stalk the kale.
  2. Place kale on a heated baking tray. Drizzle over the olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt.
  3. Place the kale in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Be sure to check a couple of times to make sure it doesn't burn. You want it to be crispy.
