Avocado Toast With Toasted Seeds

Ingredients
- 1 slice rye bread
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Method
Toast your rye bread. Whilst it is toasting, add 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds for a non stick pan on a medium heat for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat when the seeds begin to brown. Next, slice the half avocado and scoop out with a spoon and spread over your toasted rye bread. Add the pumpkin seeds on top, and add salt and pepper to taste.
