    How To Use

    Fibre capsules should be taken with plenty of water.

    Depending on your health goal, Fibre can be used in three ways: 

    1. To increase your daily fibre intake for general health. Simply add two capsules per day into your routine, at any time. 

    2. To prevent snacking and sugar cravings. Swap unhealthy snacks with two capsules of Fibre to help balance blood sugar levels and avoid energy dips.

    3. To reduce portion size and calorie intake at meal times. Take two capsules, 20 minutes before each meal (three times per day) to help promote the feeling of fullness‡.

    ‡Glucomannan contributes to weight loss when paired with an energy-restricted diet. The beneficial effect of Glucomannan is obtained with a daily intake of 3g in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals.

    Can I take Fibre Capsules if I’m already on weight management medication?

    We don’t recommend taking Fibre Capsules while on weight management medication as they will suppress your appetite further. However, they can help support you when coming off the medication if you’re worried about weight maintenance.

    Will they make me feel bloated?

    Glucomannan itself won't make you feel bloated; however, a sudden intake of fibre when you are not used to it can make you feel bloated and have some flatulence for a few days – that’s a sign that your bacteria are digesting the fibre. We recommend starting with 2 capsules a day to build up the fibre intake slowly, giving time for your gut to adjust.

    Can I take the capsules alongside MetaboliseMe?
