1. Introduction
1.1 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this website.
2. Ordering from gpnutrition.com
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, in which case any payments made will be refunded.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.4 When placing an order for a one-off purchase of a product, you are given the choice to save the payment method for future orders. If you choose to accept this then your card details are securely stored with our payment provider as a CPA (Continuous Payment Authority). If you purchase a subscription product then your card details will need to be stored under the CPA rules in order to process further repeat orders seamlessly.
2.5 We use CPAs so we can process subscriptions without our customers having to set up a direct debit with their bank, but with the same guarantee that you are in control and you can cancel whenever you want. CPA means we can process payments as well as additional purchases seamlessly, without having to store any of your sensitive information, such as your full credit card details. The credit card networks handle your payments securely in partnership with very select authorised payment processors and your bank. For more information on CPAs, visit MoneyFacts.
3. Pricing3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. We reserve the right to change the VAT rate as required by law.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, postage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically. Any prices shown on the website are current for the product at that time.
3.4 We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of a subscription at any time. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.
4. Cancellation and Returns Policy4.1 We hope you’ll be very happy with your supplements. However, if you do want to cancel your order for any reason, you can simply send us an email to hello@gpnutrition.com or call us on freephone 0808 502 0505. If we’ve already sent out your supplements don’t worry, you can still return them.
4.2 If you change your mind, unused products ordered from us can be returned within 30 days. You’ll receive a full refund upon receipt of your return (excluding postage).
4.3 Products may only be returned if they have not been used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4.4 If you would like to return an order sent internationally, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing hello@gpnutrition.com for more information and further instructions.
