Allergens and Product Suitability

Do your products contain any allergens?

The current UK regulations say that if a food product contains any of the 14 major allergens, it needs to be highlighted on the ingredients list.
When a product contains an allergen such as soya, gluten or fish, the allergen will be highlighted in bold in the ingredient list.

Are your products GMO free?

In the UK, if a product contain ingredients sourced from genetically modified organisms (GMO), that information needs to be included in the label, as it would be with an allergen. Therefore, if we don't put that info in the label, then it is a GMO-free product.

Products

How many capsules should I take a day? When do I take them?

We recommend you follow the instructions printed on the back label of your product. Powder products should be mixed with 200 ml of cold water, and capsules should be swallowed with a drink. You should continue a normal balanced diet whilst taking our products.

How can you guarantee the quality of your products?

Our products are manufactured to pharmaceuticals standards in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

They also follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification practices and they are BRCGS certified.

This gives us the confidence that their manufacturing facilities and practices are of the highest quality. We also visit and inspect them routinely to ensure their facilities are maintained to our standards.

Do your products contain artificial sweeteners or sugars?

 No, we don't add any artificial sweeteners or sugars to our products. Some products may contain stevia, which is a natural sweetener. Any sugar content will be due to naturally occurring sugars present in the ingredients.

How long until I feel the benefit?

It really depends on the product and what the benefit might be, but you should notice a benefit after 2-4 weeks.

Can I take these alongside medication?

If you are taking any prescription medication, it's always best to consult a GP or pharmacist to ensure they are happy for you to introduce it alongside your current medication.

Which one is right for me?

Can I take more than one at a time?

Yes, generally it’s fine to take more than one product at the same time depending on what you’re looking to achieve. For best result, we’d suggest staggering which product you take and use one at a time.

Deliveries and Returns

I am not a UK customer, can I still place an order?

Yes, you can still place orders on our website. Please be aware that orders shipping to EU countries are now subject to local VAT and customs charges, payable by the customer at the point of receipt.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £35 and international orders over £100. More details can be found in our Delivery and Returns page.

How do I return my order?

If you have ordered directly from us and would like to return your order, you can do so by sending any unused packs in the original postal pack we sent the product in. More details can be found in our Delivery and Returns page.
