How to Use

Take one capsule per day, with a meal. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

The adaptogen has really followed through on what it is supposed to do. After a few days of taking this and drinking plenty of water throughout the day I feel a lot more balanced and my mood has improved!

    Perfect! But . . .

    This product is perfect helps me sleep and calms my raving mind! I purchase a lot of GP products but you have since stopped selling all of them for a couple months now! What is happening? Have had to shop else where.
