1. To increase your daily fibre intake for general health. Simply add 2 capsules per day into your routine, at any time.
2. To prevent snacking and sugar cravings. Swap unhealthy. snacks with 2 capsules of Fibre to help balance blood sugar levels and avoid energy dips.
3. To reduce portion size and calorie intake at meal times. Take 2 capsules, 20 minutes before each meal (3 times per day) to help promote the feeling of fullness.
