Strawberry & Coconut Porridge

Ingredients
- 1 cup of porridge
- 1.5-2 cups of water
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 2 tbsp of coconut flakes
Method
Add the porridge oats to a cooking pan and add the 1 cup of water. Bring to the boil for a few minutes and stir often. Add mixture to a bowl, and top with strawberries and coconut flakes.
