Mango, Chia & Raspberry Pudding

  • ½ mango
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberries 
  • 100g coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  1. Chop mango flesh into small pieces and place half into a jar, along with half of the raspberries. 
  2. Top with chia seeds, coconut milk and then mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the rest of the mango & raspberries on the top
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup and leave overnight in the fridge, and it will be ready for breakfast the next morning.
