Crunchy Banana Yogurt

Ingredients 

  • 340g fat-free natural Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 15g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, almond) 

Method 

  1. Divide yoghurt in two small bowls. Scatter 1/2 banana on each bowl. 

  2. Sprinkle with seeds/nuts as you wish.
