Ingredients 

  • Coconut chips (1/2 cup) 
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method 

  1. Simply toss unsweetened, large coconut flakes with a pinch of sea salt and bake in the oven at 150℃, for 7–9 minutes.

Coconut chips are not only delicious but also high in healthy fats and fibre, making them an excellent substitution for regular crisps.
