Ingredients 

  • 12 oz / 340ml milk or water 
  • 2 scoops chocolate flavoured protein powder (you can use the chocolate protein  powder shake pack) 
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark cocoa powder

Method 

Place all ingredients in a blender. Add more milk if the consistency is too thick.
