Chocolate Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
- 12 oz / 340ml milk or water
- 2 scoops chocolate flavoured protein powder (you can use the chocolate protein powder shake pack)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of spinach
- 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark cocoa powder
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Add more milk if the consistency is too thick.
