Ingredients
- 30g porridge oats
- 1 apple, grated
- 225ml water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method
Cook oats in water. Once cooked stir in 1 grated apple, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and chia seeds.
