Turmeric and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 banana, chopped and frozen
- 200 ml carton coconut milk
- ½ tsp coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Place all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a long glass and drink immediately. If your blender isn’t powerful enough to blend ice, add the ice after blending.
