Mango, Chia & Raspberry Pudding
Serves 1 
Ready in 20 minutes 
Calories 300 kcals 
Ingredients
- ½ mango
 - 20g chia seeds
 - 1/2 cup raspberries
 - 100g coconut milk
 - 1 tsp maple syrup
 
Method
- Chop mango flesh into small pieces and place half into a jar, along with half of the raspberries.
 - Top with chia seeds, coconut milk and then mix thoroughly.
 - Add the rest of the mango & raspberries on the top
 - Drizzle with maple syrup and leave overnight in the fridge, and it will be ready for breakfast the next morning.
