We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method shown  and to the address which you specify.

We aim to despatch all orders received before 1pm on the same working day, our delivery time is within 48 hours to the UK mainland. Orders made after 1pm will be processed the following working day. Please note orders are processed Monday to Friday so orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday morning.

Once we have received your order and processed it no further items can be added to this order. If you wish to order further items please place a new order and this will be handled as a new order.

Our “Standard” delivery service is available for all Non-UK customers. For these international orders we aim to deliver between 3 and 5 business days.

It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for non-delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon order.

All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost. If after 5 business days you have not received your order, you must contact us at .We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Our international delivery rates are exclusive of Duty, VAT and custom charges. Where you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, you may claim any VAT back on your order, should you wish to do so. GP Nutrition does not accept responsibility for VAT claims.

Return, Refund and cancellation policy

If you wish to return an item brought from us please contact us via .We would ask that the goods are returned within 7 days of receiving the order. Clearly stating on the returns forms your order reference number, contact details and select the reason of return. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. Any return will be at the customers own expense and a full refund, excluding delivery cost will be processed with 14 days of us receiving the goods. This excludes defective items.

We advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If for any reason your returned items are not received we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address stated on the note despatched with the items. You can submit your cancellation notice by email.

You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and/or you return the goods in accordance with our return policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Any discrepancy within your delivery needs to be advised within 48 hours of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected
