Feel Great Fibre: With more than 70% of the bodies immune system located in the intestinal tract, the relationship between gut health and immunity is incredibly important. THE Adaptogen/THE Antioxidant: Take 1 capsule per day, with a meal. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. 

Feel Great Fibre: Mix 1 rounded teaspoon of Feel Great Fibre powder in half a glass of cold water, stir and drink immediately. Always use a dry spoon.
