- 1 medium sized sweet potato
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Set oven to 180C. Cut the sweet potato into wedge sizes. Place the wedges into the heated baking tray, and drizzle the olive oil and spices over the potato. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until browned.
