The perfect snack for when you're craving something savoury and crunchy! We've added nutritional yeast here for a cheesy flavour, but you can get creative with your favourite seasonings and flavours. 


  • 200g kale
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 180'C and give the kale a good wash. 
  2. Spread the kale onto a baking sheet and remove some of the hard stalks. 
  3. Drizzle over the oil and sprinkle the nutritional yeast. Season well with salt and pepper and toss to ensure everything is equally coated. 
  4. Bake the kale in the oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Keep an eye on the oven while it's cooking to make sure the kale doesn't burn. 
  5. Enjoy hot or allow to cool and snack on during the day.
