Crispbreads (Ryvita) are great to have in the cupboard. Add your favourite protein, such as sliced ham or turkey, for a perfectly balanced low calorie snack.
- 2 rye crispbreads (Ryvita)
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 20g feta cheese, crumbled.
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves to serve (optional)
- Slice each of the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the crispbreads with a seasoning of salt and pepper.
- Add the crumbled feta and drizzle with half a teaspoon of olive oil on each crispbread.
