Cherry Tomatoes & Feta on Crispbread

Crispbreads (Ryvita) are great to have in the cupboard. Add your favourite protein, such as sliced ham or turkey, for a perfectly balanced low calorie snack.


  • 2 rye crispbreads (Ryvita)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes 
  • 20g feta cheese, crumbled. 
  • 1 tsp olive oil 
  • Fresh basil leaves to serve (optional)


  1. Slice each of the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the crispbreads with a seasoning of salt and pepper. 
  2. Add the crumbled feta and drizzle with half a teaspoon of olive oil on each crispbread.
