- 1 medium sweet potato
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the sweet potato into wedges and place onto a baking tray with a light drizzle of olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes (optional) and a seasoning of salt and pepper.
