This delicious savoury snack contains complex carbohydrates to give you gradual energy throughout the day and keep your blood sugar levels balanced.  

Ingredients: 

  • 1 medium sweet potato 
  • 2 tsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp paprika 
  • pinch of chilli flakes (optional)

Method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
  2. Cut the sweet potato into wedges and place onto a baking tray with a light drizzle of olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes (optional) and a seasoning of salt and pepper. 
  3. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
