Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast to prep for the week. High in protein and great for on the go. Get creative with different fruits, nut butters and toppings of your choice!
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 50g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
- 50g mixed berries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp nut butter of choice
- In a jar or dish, mix together the oats, 100ml of water or milk of your choice, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, top with yogurt, berries, a drizzle of honey and the nut butter.
