Rich in omega 3, this chia seed pudding is a delicious nutritional powerhouse of a breakfast. 


  • 1/2 mango
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 50g raspberries 
  • 100g coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  1. Chop mango flesh into small pieces and place half into a jar, along with half of the raspberries. 
  2. Top with chia seeds and coconut milk and mix thoroughly.
  3. Drizzle with maple syrup and refrigerate overnight. 
  4. To serve, top with the remaining mango and fresh raspberries.
