- 1/2 mango
- 20g chia seeds
- 50g raspberries
- 100g coconut milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Chop mango flesh into small pieces and place half into a jar, along with half of the raspberries.
- Top with chia seeds and coconut milk and mix thoroughly.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, top with the remaining mango and fresh raspberries.
