Overnight Oats



This recipe is packed with brain boosting foods, and the cinnamon will act to support blood sugar balance, keeping your cravings at bay.

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp walnuts (topping)

Method

Place all the ingredients in a jar, shake, cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, add your walnuts.
