Ingredients 

  • 30g porridge oats 
  • 1 apple, grated 
  • 225ml water 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 

Method 

Cook oats in water. Once cooked stir in 1 grated apple, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and chia seeds.
