Blueberry, Banana and Almond Smoothie



Great as a light breakfast or refreshing snack, this smoothie tastes just as good as it looks!

Ingredients for 1:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter
  • 250ml of almond milk
  • Optional - 1 sachet of Boost Me

Method

Blend until thick and creamy, then sprinkle with goji berries before serving. To make a smoothie bowl, blend with a little less almond milk to thicken, then sprinkle with fresh berries and granola, and drizzle with almond butter.
