Ready in 30-35 minutes
- 2 peppers
- 2 eggs
- Sea salt, black pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 200C. Slice two peppers in half, and add them to a baking dish with half a cup of water. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Take the dish out of the oven, and crack one egg into each pepper. Bake for 15 minutes for runny eggs or 20 minutes for cooked-through eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
